Our Head Chef is passionate about his job and has a real love for food which makes it more than just a job!
The use of fresh ingredients and mix of flavours has inspired some delicious fusion dishes. His international travels around the world with Cunard and working with 20 nationalities of Chef, picking up fresh local products has truly given exposure to various culinary styles.
